These terms cover your use of this website and your purchase of All-Access from Streamlined Markets LLC. By buying or using the software, you agree to them.
What you're buying
All-Access is downloadable trading software with its full source code. It runs on your own computer. We don't host it, and we don't run it for you. Your rights to the software are set out in our license.
Payment
Checkout is handled by our payment partner, which acts as the seller of record and processes your payment and any sales tax. You pay once. There is no subscription.
What you need
You're responsible for your own computer, internet connection, NinjaTrader, market data, and any broker or prop firm accounts, including their costs and rules.
Not financial advice
Our software and website are for educational and informational purposes. Nothing we provide is financial, investment or trading advice, and we don't manage accounts or place trades for you.
Trading risk
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Automated and copied orders can lose money, and software, data feeds, brokers and internet connections can fail. You're responsible for every order placed from your accounts, and you should test on simulated accounts first.
No warranty
The software is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or profitable, or that it will keep working with third-party platforms that change.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Streamlined Markets LLC isn't liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
